Whether you’re booking a full-service party or grabbing a DIY Stuff-a-Bear Kit, we make it easy, fun, and totally stress-free. Below are answers to the most common questions we get about both options.
Planning a birthday, school visit, or special event? Here are the most common questions about how our mobile party setup works, what’s included, and how to book your perfect experience.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time — especially during weekends and peak seasons. But feel free to check availability anytime!
We have On-Site Stuff-a-Bear Visits with a Stuffing Machine and kids get to help us stuff the animal with the stuffer. We also have On-Site Visits with Hand Stuffing as an Activity. Both options include the kids picking out a full 16″ animal, picking out a heart to “make a wish” and insert into their animal and birth certificates – everything done at your location. We bring a variety of animals (8+) and outfits, if chosen, for both boys and girls.

We can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 400 kids! Most of our events fall in the 10–25 range, but we’re happy to customize the experience to fit your group size. Discounts may apply for large groups. We do have a minimum of $349 for a Visit. DIY Kits do not have a minimum.
Yes! We’re 100% mobile and bring the party to your location — whether it’s a backyard, classroom, community center, or office. Inside or Outside (weather permitting). All we need is access to a standard electric outlet for our stuffer, if you chose the Stuffer Visit option.
To reserve your party’s date and time, all we require is a $100 deposit that is credited back to you the day of the party. A separate email would be sent out for the deposit.
Looking for a fun DIY option? Our Stuff-a-Bear Kits are shipped straight to you and packed with everything you need. Below are answers to common questions about kit options, delivery, and customization.
Each kit comes with a full 16″ unstuffed plush animal, stuffing packet with instructions, a wishing heart insert, a birth certificate, plain t-shirt for the animal that can be decorated as an additional activity, and carry backpack. You can also add outfits or custom t-shirts for an extra special touch!
Nope — zero sewing needed! Every animal comes with a secure, easy-to-use zip closure or zip tie closure with a second velcro closure, making it safe and fun for all ages.
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for large quantities. Just reach out and we’ll create a custom quote for you.
Kits are delivered/dropped off by me personally. If you’re in the Greater St. Louis area, we may be able to deliver next day, if needed — just let us know your timeline! Delivery is free within the local area!
Absolutely! We can include themed accessories, outfits, or even custom logo t-shirts. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
